- Pepper for taste
- Oil for frying (I used olive)

- Once the eggs are set then I add all ingredients together at once in a large mixing bowl. I chose to hand mix this recipe I am sure you can do it in the KitchenAid just is easy
- I did about four at a time and made them on the smaller side due to the fact I wanted snackable fritters. I use for multiple things, and at later dates. I will end up freezing most of these.
