  2. Beat eggs in a large bowl until combined. Add the sifted flour and beat until smooth, then add Zucchini, carrot, onion, bacon (cooked crispy before hand), cheese and oil, stir to combine.
  3. Grease and line a 30x20cm tin. Pour mixture into prepared tin. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
